KPD seeks info in shooting incident

The Kerrville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in a shooting incident Monday night at approximately 8 p.m.

According to KPD Officer Juan Trevizo, public information officer, the incident occurred in the 500 block of Beech Street.

“On Jan. 28, 2019 at about 8 p.m., Kerrville Police Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Beech St. in reference to shots being fired in the area,” Trevizo said. “Officers arrived and spoke to witnesses who stated that they heard several shots being fired and a light color pickup truck being in the area at the time of the incident.”

No injuries were reported.

Trevizo said the KPD Criminal Investigation Division is currently investigating the incident and is seeking pertinent information
