Council member enjoys time in final days of ‘Footloose’

Among the dozens of volunteers appearing on-stage and back-stage in the current Playhouse 2000 production of “Footloose, the Musical” there’s a face familiar for other reasons.

The current representative to the Kerrville City Council Place 4, Delayne Sigerman, is making her stage debut as the “Mayor” of the fictional town of Bomont, the city that has outlawed dancing.
