City sign changes questioned

The City of Kerrville’s Planning & Zoning Board will be considering a proposed sign ordinance change on Thursday that has prompted concern from at least one Kerrville resident.

“I want people to realize the impact that the proposed changes are going to have on the longstanding economic viability of our community and to make sure they know to attend Thursday’s meeting if they also have concerns,” Dr. Bill Rector said.
