Police conduct coordinated stop, Kerr man arrested

A coordinated traffic stop led to the arrest of a Kerrville man who faces multiple charges, including evading arrest, tampering with evidence and posssession of a controlled substance.

Last week, Kerr County Sheriff Rusty Hierholzer announced the arrest of Charles Ellis Joseph, Jr., 33, of Kerrville, who was taken into custody on Nov. 6, Hierholzer said.
