‘Buddy, The Beatles and Beyond’ Saturday

The Hill Country’s favorite retro rockers, the New Buddy Holly Band, will bring their brand new show “Buddy, The Beatles and Beyond” to the Cailloux Theater at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25.

The New Buddy Holly Band, the ever-popular 50’s Rock specialists, will be back on the Cailloux Theater stage with a brand new show on Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.

Their latest show adds more than 20 hits from “British Invasion” bands to the group’s standard repertoire to create a concert they call “Buddy, The Beatles and Beyond.”

The New Buddy Holly Band has been together since forming for the production of “The Buddy Holly Story” at Ingram’s Point Theatre. They specialize in recreating the early days of “Rock-n-Roll” for audiences across the region.

The band will once again feature six members with the addition of saxophonist David Isidore to the standard lineup of Marchael Martin on drums, Brad Shearhart on bass, Karen Billingsley on keyboard, Chris Huber on guitar and Greg Bitkower, with all members sharing vocal assignments during the evening.

“Buddy, The Beatles and Beyond” will rock the Cailloux Theater Saturday, Jan. 25, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from just $15 to $30 and good seats remain in most sections of the auditorium.

Tickets can be purchased at the Cailloux Theater Box Office, in person from 10 am. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday, or 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays, or by phone any time by leaving a detailed message at 896-9393.

Tickets can also be purchased at the Kerrville Visitor’s Center on Sidney Baker Road during their regular hours and are available 24/7 online at www.CaillouxTheater.com. Note that online orders will incur additional convenience charges.

The Kathleen C. Cailloux City Center for the Perforing Arts is located at 910 Main St. in downtown Kerrville, where parking is free and pre-show dinner and after show brings are both within walking distance.
