Members of the 216th Judicial District Grand Jury met recently and returned indictments including the following:

• Alex Michael Barnett, 600 block of Sidney Baker, Kerrville – Attempt to commit possession of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Shirley Ann Davis, P.O. Box, Ingram – Manufacture or delivery of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Brock Anthony Duckworth, 900 block of Junction Hwy., Kerrville – Manufacture or delivery of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

• Andrew Wayne Duglosch, 100 block of High Forest Rd., Ingram – Manufacture or delivery of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Walter Emmit Felts, 300 block of Club Ln., Kerrville – Two counts failure to register as a sex offender.

• Dawson David Fuller, 900 block of FM 407 E, Argyle – Taking wildlife resources without consent, seven counts theft of a firearm, two counts theft of property between $2,500-$30,000, two counts tampering with evidence, and engaging in organized criminal activity.

• Michael Ray Furr, 400 block of Josephine, Ingram - Manufacture or delivery of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance, and manufacture or delivery of 4-200 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Elizabeth Ann Gilder, 100 block of High Forrest, Ingram – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Tommy James Griffin, 6900 block of Yellow Pine Dr., Colorado Springs, Col. - Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance.

• John Aaron Hannah, 100 block of Cynthia Dr., Kerrville - Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Kimberly Marie Hill, 200 block of River Bluff Cir., Pipe Creek – Possession of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

• Kristin Jean Isham, 200 block of Way Dr., Ingram – Three counts of possession of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance, and possession of 4-200 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Jeremy Weldon Jones, 800 block of Hays St., Kerrville – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Brian Alan Kaiser, 200 block of Loma Vista Dr., Kerrville – Intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury.

• Russ Evan Koch, 700 block of Lakeshore Dr., Bandera – Theft of property between $2,500-$30,000.

• Jared James Ladell, 200 block of Beaver Rd., Ingram – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

• Jeremy Ray Lizenbee, 200 block of Old Ingram Loop, Ingram – Two counts of manufacture or delivery of 4-200 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Carolyn Louise Miller, 400 block of W McFarland, Kerrville – Two counts of possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Chasity Lynn Neugent, 800 block of Lewis Ave., Kerrville – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Roy Sedillo Nuncio, 200 block of W Fifth St., Cherokee, Okla. – Theft of services between $2,500-$30,000.

• Saul Olvera, 600 block of Everett St., Kerrville – Driving while intoxicated third offense or more.

• Roger Lee Rodriguez, 2900 block of Golden Eagle Circle, Lafayette, Col. – Three counts of sexual assault.

• Tomas David Rodriguez Jr., 200 block of Miller St., Kerrville – Failure to register as a sex offender.

• Travis Ben Schafer, 4100 block of Ben Ficklin Rd., San Angelo – Possession of less than 1 gm of a controlled substance.

• Devin Gene Smith, 500 block of Stonewall St., Kerrville – Interfering with an emergency call with previous convictions.

• Mason Patrick Snyder, 2900 block of N Cardington Rd., Wichita, Kan. - Attempt to commit possession of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Zachary Carl Trout, 2300 block of Junction Hwy., Kerrville – Driving while intoxicated third offense or more.
