Members of the 216th Judicial District Grand Jury met recently and returned indictments including the following:

• Patricia Denise Crooks, 2600 block of Sheppard Rees Rd., Kerrville – Tampering with evidence.

• Zoe Nicole Eubank, 100 block of Debra Ann, Mountain Home – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

• Danielle Nichole Evans, 100 block of Cooper, Ingram – Delivery of 1/4 oz.-5 lbs. of marijuana in a drug-free zone.

• Lisa Ann Good-McKibban, 2900 block of Hunt St., Kerrville – Four counts of manufacture or delivery of less than 28 gm. of a controlled substance, manufacture or delivery of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance, possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance, and tampering with evidence.

• Emily Noel Isbell, 4100 block of Engadina Pass, Round Rock – Possession of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance and possession of 20 arbitrary units of a controlled substance.

• Dakota Lane Landry, 100 block of Clarette Fields, Kerrville – Delivery of 1/4 oz.-5 lbs. of marijuana in a drug-free zone.

• Anthoney R. Law, 2700 block of Bandera Hwy., Kerrville – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Jesus Manuel Lindo Jr., 1000 block of West Oaks, Fredericksburg – Driving while intoxicated third offense or more.

• Zachary Martinez, 100 block of Box Elder, Kerrville – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Byron Shay McClellan, 100 block of Riverview, Ingram – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance.

• James Earl Melton, 200 block of E Davis, Kerrville – Assault on a family member with previous conviction.

• Adam Lewis Shackelford, 500 block of Roy St., Kerrville – Possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance and possession of between 4-200 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Patrick Dimitri Edward Willis, 5000 block of El Capitan, San Antonio – Theft of property between $2,500-$30,000, manufacture or delivery of 4-200 gm. of a controlled substance, manufacture of 4-200 gm. of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
