• An arrest was made for public intoxication in the 300 block of Laurel St. on Sept. 16.

• An arrest was made for public intoxication in the 400 block of Sidney Baker on Sept. 16.

• An arrest was made for driving with an open container of alcohol; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and with an expired operator's license and registration; in the 300 block of Main St. on Sept. 17.

• An arrest was made for driving while intoxicated in the 200 block of Wesley Dr. on Sept. 18.

• An arrest was made for driving with an open container of alcohol and an arrest warrant in the 100 block of Main St. N on Sept. 20.

• An arrest was made for driving while intoxicated in the 2000 block of Junction Hwy. on Sept. 22.

Drug Offenses

• An arrest was made for possession of less than 2 oz. of marijuana in the 300 block of Lowry St. on Sept. 17.

• KPD is investigating possession of less than 1 gm. of a controlled substance in the 800 block of Loop 534 on Sept. 19.

• An arrest was made for possession of less than 2 oz. of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle without insurance, and an arrest warrant, in the 2100 block of Sidney Baker on Sept. 21.

• An arrest was made for possession of less than 2 oz. of marijuana in the 500 block of Thompson Dr. on Sept. 22.

Assaults

• KPD filed a case of family violence assault by contact in the 1600 block of Junction Hwy. on Sept. 19.

• KPD is investigating aggravated assault on a family member with a weapon in the 500 block of Hill Country Dr. on Sept. 22.

• An arrest was made for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and an arrest warrant, in the 800 block of Sidney Baker on Sept. 22.

Burglaries

• KPD is investigating burglary of a vehicle in the 200 block of Water St. on Sept. 22.

Thefts

• KPD is investigating theft of property between $100-$750 from a building, and criminal mischief between $100-$750, in the 500 block of Lake Dr. on Sept. 16.

• KPD is investigating credit card abuse in the 100 block of McFarland St. on Sept. 17.

• KPD is investigating theft of property between $100-$750 in the 500 block of Hill Country Dr. on Sept. 17.

• An arrest was made for shoplifting less than $100, and KPD is investigating shoplifting between $100-$750, in the 300 block of Main St. on Sept. 20.

• An arrest was made for shoplifting less than $100 and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Main St. on Sept. 22.

• KPD is investigating shoplifting less than $100 in the 300 block of Main St. on Sept. 22.

• A warrant arrest was made in the 700 block of Harper Rd. on Sept. 16.

• A warrant arrest was made in the 1700 block of South St. on Sept. 16.

• A warrant arrest was made in the 1300 block of Junction Hwy. on Sept. 17.

• A warrant arrest was made in the 100 block of Schreiner St. on Sept. 17.

• A warrant arrest was made in the 2100 block of Memorial Blvd. on Sept. 18.

• A warrant arrest was made in the 200 block of Travis St. on Sept. 18.

• A warrant arrest was made in the 400 block of F St. on Sept. 20.

• A warrant arrest was made in the 100 block of Rowland Ln. on Sept. 22.

Other Offenses

• KPD is investigating failure to register annually as a sex offender in the 400 block of Sidney Baker on Sept. 16.

• KPD is investigating criminal mischief between $750-$2,500 in the 300 block of Lowry St. on Sept. 17.

• An arrest was made for criminal trespass in the 600 block of Main St. on Sept. 20.

• An arrest was made for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Thompson Dr. on Sept. 20.

• An arrest was made for criminal trespass in the 1300 block of Sidney Baker on Sept. 20.

• KPD is investigating duty on striking an unattended vehicle with damage greater than $200 in the 1500 block of Junction Hwy. on Sept. 21.

• An arrest was made for disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Sidney Baker on Sept. 21.

• KPD is investigating duty on striking an unattended vehicle greater than $200 in the 1000 block of Main St. on Sept. 22.

• KPD is investigating an accident involving damage to a vehicle greater than $200 in the 2900 block of Memorial Blvd. on Sept. 22.
