Members of the 216th Judicial District Grand Jury met recently and returned indictments including the following:

• Kenneth Dale Alexander, General Delivery, Bandera – Evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction.

• Oscar Arredondo, 300 block of W Barnett, Kerrville – Manufacture or delivery of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Kenneth Ray Clayburg, 300 block of Loyal Valley Dr., Kerrville – Unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Adilson Hernandez-Flores, 300 block of Schreiner St., Kerrville - Manufacture or delivery of 1-4 gm. of a controlled substance.

• Jesse Estaban Lopez, 200 block of Washington, Ingram – Evading arrest with a motor vehicle.

• Matthew E. Malkemus, 2600 block of Thousand Oaks, San Antonio – Driving while intoxicated third offense or more.

• Nathan Colt Malosh, 1800 block of Lowrance St., Kerrville – Assault on a family member with previous conviction.

• Sergio Mendez Jr., 100 block of Bunny Ln., Hunt - Evading arrest with a motor vehicle.

• Jose Simon Morales Jr., 1800 block of Broadway, Kerrville – Driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age.

• Jessica Lynn Perez, 300 block of George Ct., Kerrville - Driving while intoxicated third offense or more.

• Ernest Rangel, 100 block of High Dr., Kerrville - Evading arrest with a motor vehicle.

• Jarod Hunter Thurman, 500 block of Short St., Kerrville – Obstruction or retaliation.
